Yeah. It usually happens on Mondays when new rvb episodes come out. I don't think the user surge happens any other time. At least, not to that extent.
Also, I've seen some old posts in the past and like Luke posted a screen cap of the site saying it had like 21000 users on. So yeah, that's pretty crazy.
