Someone is uneconomical.

I bought a camera last week from Radio Shack. The thing came with a wrist strap you put on the thing, but I had so much trouble getting it on that I destroyed the strap. The replacement strap I got, about 1� times the size of a brand new pencil, came in a box into which I can probably fit my printer.

Why couldn't I have been sent the thing in an envelope like I have a couple times?
