Quick question

For people that have played Mass Effect 1, and 2. Just wondering, in any Mass Effect, what if you choose a chick as your character? How would the romance subplot work? Would you have the choice to go around and have sex with alien dudes? Cause that's pretty gross. Or would it just be girl on girl action? Cause that would be bad ass!
