So Fucking Out of the LoopYeah, I did it again...left for an extended period of time without warning you.Well, I was working in sales for a bit that involved traveling to people's houses and demonstrating equipment to them on the odd chance they'd be interested. Good news? Everyone wanted what I was selling. Bad news? No one could afford it. Basically, I wasn't getting much income, but my expenses had tripled due to gas and vehicle maintenance. I needed a new job and fast. Well, the week I decided to stop doing the sales job, I received a call from a local staffing agency with a possible position. I was extremely excited at my luck. They asked me to get my resumé in order and to send it in by Friday so that I could be interviewed by the prospective employer either Monday or Tuesday. I was asked to come in the following Monday at 3:30 PM for my interview. Apparently, I impressed Andrew (the prospective employer; a young lawyer) and his wife so much with my experience and skills that he decided later that afternoon that he wanted to hire me and canceled all of his Tuesday appointments. I was excited, to say the least. Anyway, I just finished my first week and it's been pretty great. He's a great boss and lets me do whatever I want so long as I get my work done, so I've even been able to chat on MSN with Kiki (gotbuffy). I'm basically his right-hand man, second in charge of his practice. I just wish I could rub this in the face of that bitch who fired me from the previous job, but I digress. In conclusion, I'm back. I'm sorry, but there was just too much shit at which to look.
