FO3CB #7 (Rehash #3)Archetype: The Living GhostS.P.E.C.I.A.L.: 1 9 9 2 9 9 1 Tag Skills: Sneak, Lockpick, and Science. Perks: Intense Training (Charisma, 6x), Impartial Meditation, Animal Friend (2x), Silent Running, Life Giver, Adamantium Skeleton, Fast Metabolism, Toughness, Cyborg, Light Step, Infiltrator, Computer Whiz, Solar Powered. After reading through the original Living Ghost, I realized it was more of a drunk and crazy ghost that had a major chem addiction. Maybe that will be an idea for a new build, but this guy here is in fact, is a ghostly diplomat. So we have nines in Endurance, Intelligence and Agility for boosts in HP's, SP's, Science, and Sneak. We also have a nine in Perception so your ability to detect unseen enemies will help you sneak around them, avoiding unnecessary conflicts. This was definitely one of the harder P lists I've made since it wasn't combat-oriented. In the end, I ended up giving our ghost the option of talking his way out if he was ever caught. This is just another example of why Intense Training is SUCH AN AMAZING P!! SERIOUSLY THOUGH...IT'S FRIGGIN' AMAZING!!!! o_O *clears throat* This is what happens when I do more than one analysis in a day. I promise this is the last one for now. I just wanted to finish rehashing my first three into the new format, and hopefully do a better job on 'em. Anyway...The rest of the P's on this list augment the defensive abilities of our little ghosty here: Cyborg increases you DR (just like Toughness), PR, and Energy Weapons all by +10 and Impartial Meditation gives you an amazing bonus to your Speech S (+30!!!!) as long as you have neutral karma (which it should be, since you're not really killing people, right?). Animal Friend is a handy P, especially at the second rank when animals come to your aid in battle (Imagine leading a bunch of Raiders into the Yao Guai tunnels, hehe As I stated in the first analysis, the perfect armor for this build is the Chinese Stealth Armor, which is only available if you have downloaded the Operation: Anchorage DLC. If you don't have that, well you can go with any armor until after you get the Silent Running P. Before that however, Power Armor is not advisable as it makes a lot more noise when sneaking than other types of armor. And since this build is focused on anything but combat, there is no need for a preferred weapon. However, it is important to point out that this build does have a wide variety of options: Having nines in Perception, Endurance, and Agility with a Luck of one gives a starting value of 23 to Energy Weapons, Explosives, Big Guns, Unarmed, and Small Guns. So even this build isn't focused on combat, it certainly has the ability to fight if you so chose. WE DID IT!!!!!!! endex endex endex |
