Emo... what is it?
I still don't know. But it has become the MOST over-used adjective of the year. I have this vague notion that it sort of started with Dashboard Confessional and then suddenly everything was emo. Then there's this one... hardcore... which should be an adjective but has somehow become a noun.
A tv station in Cali did an "expose" sort of thing on it. Quite possibly one of the funniest things I've ever seen. They manage to get everything wrong about both "genres" and somehow they made them into one. My favorite part is the goth thing. 
(Yes, I know that this is a couple months old but it still cracks me up.)
