My brother-in-law Greg works at Google and had the following up on his Facebook profile:
Are you a strong C++, Java, or Python programmer who is interested in a job at Google? We're hiring! Send me your resume if you're interested.
I asked if he had a URL where people could go and he answered that he gets a referral bonus if he finds folks for the job and that resumes go to the "top of the stack" if they go through him.
So if you're seriously interested and know your stuff, let me know and I'll patch you through. Seriously. Google is like a dream company to work for from heaven with sugar on top.
