Winner Winner Chicken Dinner?
I fuckin' hate all the Avatar hype. It's not that original people. Sure the movie was fun to watch, and certainly a cool lookin' film but you've gotta be kidding yourself if it's anything special.
That being said, it's a really weak year for movies and if Avatar is the best we've got then I'll understand why it'll win. Personally I hope they give Quentin all the awards seeing as Inglorious Bastards was way more entertaining. Though I wouldn't mind seeing a woman win Best Director.You know what sucks the most for me about breakin' up with somebody you've known forever? The company. Being alone REALLY sucks. Time to become a hermit and study this semester like crazy.Rock climbing is awesome.

I am going to start another semester soon. Excited, and yet nervous. Should be fun either way.
I am single. It leaves me very hollow. I don't like it, but I can't help it. Details to follow later. But one door closes, another sun shines through a window.

It's About Time For A Party At My House
And it wouldn't be the same without you! Man, I don't know if I told you guys but a while back I twisted my ankle. It fucking sucked, and it was a huge downer. I couldn't run or do much of anything for about a week. Then I could walk, but very gingerly. It was about a month later that I could do anything really physical like rock climb. But I haven't done any running because I was afraid I'd turn awkwardly on it and it would just collapse again. Today I played football with my sister and her friends at college. It wasn't the most competitive game of football I've ever played, but it was certainly entertaining. And I wasn't half bad today either. I could run, pivot and play D just fine. Plus I had a pick six, which was probably the highlight of my day.
So that was pretty freakin' sweet for me. Plus, hanging w/ my sister all weekend was pretty nice. Got to hang with her and her friends for a bit and that was fun. And catching up with her was pretty good, seeing as we don't get many chances to do that.
I'm uber excited for snowboarding season. WHEN THE FUCK WILL IT SNOW THOUGH?!
On Wednesday I'm going to Houston to have a huge gathering of family to celebrate Thanksgiving together. Most of my dad's family will be there and it's going to be a blast. First time we've done that in quite some time, that's for sure.
