I would agree that contacting Bungie or 343 Industries directly would be your best bet.

Why don't you go to the bungie.net forms
and talk with them? things might move a little
faster for you. plus there copy right information
should be there to. don't try to fined a phone number
they don't have one. Maybe email would work?
