Quick Update-Came down with a cold--still can't breathe.-Went to a Bridal Shower for Nathan's sister. We played the usual games and one that was worth many a laugh. Ever tried to pick up thumb tacks off the floor with a hot dog tied to a string around your waist? It's also hard to keep a straight face when even Grandma is saying things like, "It's harder than I thought!" -Celebrated my sister's 22nd birthday. She's a St. Patrick's Day baby.  Old Spaghetti Factory FTW. We bought her a green themed present (shoes, necklace/earrings set, tote bag, and a gift card). Chocolatey cheesecake array for dessert.-We are transferring over to Verizon from AT&T. Now the proud owners of Droids -Finished my hours with the Nursing Supervisor for my Management Class and turned in my reflection paper -Only have one more shift in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. -Technically I'm on Spring Break -Went out to celebrate Nathan's sister's birthday a little bit early because she's on Spring Break. Joe's Crab Shack loves to embarrass you on your birthday: she got to shake everything but the salt and pepper shakers she held above her head while we sang to her. Apparently she hates us now because she didn't have enough to drink first. Also a big bucket of crab legs and shrimp are uber yummy *sniffles* Karli, RN BSN in 41 days |
