My Episode Outline for HouseA man walks in with a broken foot.House looks at his leg and determines he has a rare disease and recommends an extreme treatment. Patient goes into deep coma. House deduces this is a symptom that was always there, just never seen before because the patient was in a coma. He makes fun of all his staff for not being able to figure this out. Gives patient another radical treatment after determining it's something else. Flirts with his boss, and continues his man crush with his best friend. Treatment fails and patient fails to get better. Staff all miserable. House gets hand caught in a door and severely hurts finger. Seeing similarities to what patient described as initial symptoms, House deduces patient must have an injured finger. Treats patient as such. No results, and House writes everything on a white board while insulting his team members again. Then he decides to ignore all previous symptoms, including the hand injury symptoms which leads him to conclude that it must be a leg injury that is just exhibiting the same symptoms as a hand injury. He puts the man in a cast, who is thankful for House solving this impossible problem. Some other funny moments happen at the end that show how complex of a character House really is. Credits roll. |
