feels good, man
this is copy-pasted from Kyall
Just to remind you, I am baldening next month for The World's Greatest Shave. Part of the Leukemia Foundation's yearly fundraising efforts where hundreds of people all over Australia shave or colour their hair to raise money and awareness of leukemia and other cancers which darken the lives of hundreds of thousands of people each year.
I have received $1,317 in donations online, and $210 in donations offline, making a total of $1,527 dollars so far. What's better is that whatever I raise, my employers have a donation matching system whereby they donate however much I raise. At this stage I have raised over $3000 because of that.
I couldn't have done it without the help and generosity of all my sponsors so far! I'm still collecting donations, and my balding isn't until the 12th, 13th or 14th of next month, so you still have time to show your love! I'd like to thank Vicky so much for her incredibly generous donation of $120, it really means a lot to me!
While I might be dreaming, but there's a popular TV show over here called The 7pm Project that's assembling a team for the World's Greatest Shave, and have launched a competition to select 5 people to be part of it. I've sent in my application, here's hoping that they choose me so I can be shaved bald on national television! It's kind of a scary thought. Chances are it won't happen, but my fingers are crossed!
This is an issue that's very close to me. As some of you know Brendon Kneipp (RedTombInn) passed away 3 years ago due to osteo-sarcoma, and recently my mother has had a breast cancer removed. Whilst I can't campaign directly against these forms of cancer, I'm doing the best I can.
So if you're keen to donate, click the link in the first paragraph and give what you can! Even something as little as 5 or 10 dollars can make all the difference!

Drink, screw and mess around all day and never have to go to class. Just like real college.
