Dear HSBC,

It has recently come to my attention that your online account info and online credit card services are designed in such a way to make people believe they have made a grievous account error.

I dislike that.

Yes, I understand that it was my choice to make two payments on the same credit card within a week. And yes, I do concur that this is an unorthodox practice, but PLEASE-- I beg you, do not through some sorcery force me to believe that I have in fact overdrafted on my account by $300, causing me immediate chest pain.
