Attic Prep ListOkay as of now I don't walk upstairs without shoes and a gun. Several things need to be done that are general basic and easy........basically.1. Remove all stored junk and random items from attic. 2. Carefully remove wall panels. 3. Remove/exterminate animals or birds from attic walls and eves. 4. Seal outside access to the inside from animals. 5. Replace floor boards/pull up all floor boards and replace with plywood/place plywood on top of old floor. 6. Add insulation to walls 7. Replace wall panels 8. Add carpet to floor. That is the basic list to make upstairs easily livable. The only issue is Jared would need would be a window A/C unit for summer and a space heater for winter. Any help in this task would be greatly appreciated.
